Custom DNA sequencing - Sequencing of customer-supplied templates
- Service: Polymorphic will perform custom Sanger sequencing on customer-supplied templates, which may be either amplicons or plasmids. We can also provide amplicon purification and plasmid prep services if necessary.
- Process: Templates are combined with the appropriate oligonucleotide sequencing primers and ABI BigDye reagents and cycle sequencing reactions are performed. The products are analyzed on an ABI 3730xl sequencer.
