Please provide samples of genomic DNA concentration normalized in 96 well plates. Skirted plates are preferred to facilitate automated handling.

The genomic DNA must be pure enough to be suitable for a successful PCR reaction.

Please provide at least 300 nanograms of genomic DNA per sample. We prefer a concentration of 10 nanograms per microliter.

For human DNA samples and sequence, please fill out our order form.

Please provide genomic DNA sequence for the region of interest. As indicated in the form, please paste in the exact genomic sequence that you would like analyzed, nothing more, nothing less. Please do not add any additional flanking sequence for primer design, our design program will address this issue. List exons separately and give each region a name (exon1, exon2, etc). Again, for this form we need only the sequence you would like analyzed.

To submit sequence information for SNP scoring, please download our SNP Scoring Form.

For this form, please provide SNP ID and sample sequence information using the standard IUPAC codes. Indicate the polymorphic site using brackets and please supply sequence information 50 bases upstream and 50 bases downstream from the polymorphic site.
