TaqMan genotyping

 

• Service: We use ABI TaqMan genotyping assays to determine the genotype of specified variant sites within individual genomic DNA samples provided by the customer. We ship a report of genotype calls.

• Process: Genomic DNA samples are first concentration-normalized to ensure accurate assay performance. Validated or custom TaqMan genotyping assays available from Applied Biosystems are then applied to these genomic DNA samples. Analysis is performed using the ABI 7900HT Real-Time PCR/TaqMan genotyping platform.
